Eligibility

To make a booking with Oriana Tours, you must be at least 18 years of age. Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorised responsible adult. Certain experiences, including adventure activities, water sports, and physically demanding excursions, may have additional age, fitness, or health restrictions which will be communicated at the time of booking. Oriana Tours serves international visitors and travellers, and it is the sole responsibility of each traveller to obtain a valid passport, appropriate visa or entry authorisation, and all required travel documentation before departure.

Accuracy and Availability

Oriana Tours takes care to ensure that all pricing, descriptions, and availability information published on our website and through our channels is current and accurate. However, prices, accommodation availability, attraction schedules, and itinerary details may change without prior notice due to supplier updates, seasonal variation, or circumstances beyond our control. Photographs and visuals used in our marketing materials are illustrative and may not represent the exact accommodation, vehicle, or experience provided. Wildlife sightings, weather conditions, and travel durations are subject to natural variation and cannot be guaranteed.

Traveller Conduct and Responsibilities

By booking with Oriana Tours, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that respects the destinations, communities, and experiences that form part of your journey. Specifically, all travellers agree to:

• Comply with the laws and regulations of any destination visited
• Respect cultural, religious, and natural heritage sites
• Follow all safety instructions provided by Oriana Tours staff, guides, drivers, and activity operators
• Treat all staff, guides, and fellow travellers with courtesy and respect
• Refrain from any conduct that is disruptive, illegal, abusive, or harmful
• Take personal responsibility for the security of their belongings throughout the journey
• Inform Oriana Tours of any relevant medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility considerations before travel so that appropriate arrangements can be made

Oriana Tours reserves the right to remove any traveller from a tour or experience without refund if their conduct is deemed to endanger themselves, other travellers, or staff, or if it violates the laws of the destination country.

Liability

Oriana Tours acts as an organiser and facilitator of travel services provided by third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport companies, national parks, and activity operators. Our total liability to any traveller in connection with a confirmed booking is limited to the total amount paid by that traveller for the specific service in question.

Oriana Tours is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, additional expense, or consequential loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, government actions, industrial disputes, terrorism, pandemic conditions, airline schedule changes, or supplier failure. Participation in any physical, adventure, or outdoor activity is undertaken at the traveller’s own risk.

Indemnity

By booking with Oriana Tours, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oriana Tours and its staff, agents, and representatives against any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from your own actions, negligence, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Oriana Tours is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. In the event of a complaint or disagreement, we ask that you contact us directly so that we may attempt to reach an amicable resolution. If a satisfactory outcome cannot be achieved through direct negotiation, the matter shall be governed by applicable local law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts relevant to Oriana Tours’ country of registration.
